Delivery Policy

Deliveries of goods are to your front door.  If you require your products to be assembled & packaging removed there will be an additional charge involved so please let our friendly sales team know when you place your order and we will discuss this further with you.

Delivery Charges

All orders are charged depending on the size of your order and delivery area.  Delivery charges can be seen in the checkout, before you enter your payment details.
Weekend Deliveries and Outside Office Hours. Deliveries outside office hours are more expensive … we have to pay the delivery guys more to abandon their families. Confused? Just ask and we’ll give you a firm quote. 09 271 5000.


Brayco takes out insurance for all orders dispatched from our warehouse.
If you notice any damage on arrival do not sign or accept the goods and please call us immediately.
If, once you open the packaging you notice the item is damaged you must contact us within 24 hours or we will be unable to accept responsibility for any damaged goods.

Delivery Lead Times

Our store-man will pick, pack and dispatch your order the next business day and our transport company will have your order to you within 24 hours.

Our tables come flat packed and are very easy to assemble with simple step by step instructions, if you have any problems please give our friendly sales team a call.
All chairs are supplied fully assembled.

Tracking your order

Our friendly Chairforce sales team will keep you informed when your order has been dispatched.

Signature on Delivery

Our carriers require a signature on arrival as a Proof of delivery.

If for some reason you will not be home to receive your delivery we will require notification when placing your order. Please Note “We are unable to accept any responsibility for orders left unattended and not signed for”.

Picking up your order – Click & Collect

You are more than welcome to pick up your order from our Chairforce warehouse – Unit 1, 10 Cryers Rd, East Tamaki AUCKLAND. Our amazing storemen will load your order into your vehicle at no extra cost!

To save yourself some time give us a call before you come down and we can make sure your order is ready and waiting for you. You can even make your payment over the phone or on the website to speed up the process.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Chairforce we understand that after purchasing you may realise the item doesn’t fit and you require a refund or exchange.  If this is the case, then all we ask is you adhere to the following requirements:

1/. The item is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2/. You provide us with a copy of your original invoice as proof of purchase.

3/. The item is returned in its original packaging.

4/. We reserve the right to charge a max $30.00 restocking fee on items returned.

Product Warranty

At Chairforce we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, therefore if you are in anyway disappointed then please return your item to our showroom immediately so we can rectify the problem.

We offer a full replacement warranty for a period of 12 months against faulty manufacturing from the date of purchase.  We don’t offer warranties against misuse and normal wear and tear.

We generally have all stock available and ready to go, however if you require a large quantity of a particular product please give our sales team a call to confirm availability.

All our prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.

At Chairforce we are doing our best to help save the earth and reduce the use of paper money. We strongly encourage payment via cheque or visa/master.
Online payment is also available – please contact us for bank details.
